Keeping our customers happy is important to us. This is why we try to keep our prices from changing. However, prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in gold prices shipping, and manufacturing.
Ann Hand offers the following Returns Policy:
-Our customers are very important to us and we strive to assure quality items and quality service.
-Please call us before you return your order. 202-333-2979.
-We are sorry, but Scarves, ties, purses, perfume and all Obama merchandise are not returnable. All other returns accepted for full credit up to 14 days after purchase when returned with receipt and in original packaging. Exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase.
Gift Wrapping:
-Most of our items are packaged in our custom ANN HAND black and gold box.
-Our French Silk Ties and Scarves are packaged in our specially made ANN HAND boxes with ANN HAND imprinted gold and black ribbon.
Leather Goods, Ties, and Scarves
Due to the size and shape of the boxes for these items, UPS charges an additional fee for their dimensions. This will explain the increased cost of your shipping fees.
We, here at Ann Hand, take great care in making sure these items arrive in good condition and know that you, as our valued customer, understand the need for the additional packaging.
Gift Card
-An ANN HAND card may be included with your gift (please include your message during check out).
DC Taxes
-Items shipped to a Washington DC address are subject to 5.75% DC tax. Those items shipped outside of the District of Columbia will not be taxed.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
-If an item you would like is presently Out Of Stock, please call us to reserve it. When you are on the reserve list you will be the first to receive that item. We will ship it when it comes in. All orders that include backordered items, will ship complete when backorder item becomes available. Please make note in comment section of order form, if you want in stock items to ship immediately. If more than one shipment is requested, there will be additional shipping and handling charges for each separate shipment.
